Amara shrugged nonchalantly, but Diego could see the uncertainty cross her face. Just the slightest tint of fear. Fear from what she'd created. "You're scared..." Diego said, taking his chance. "Who isn't?" Amara admitted. "True. But you're afraid of yourself..." Amara laughed, her hair whipping around her. It was a stupid question... "You're wrong. You always have..." Diego could fee the tension in the air. Debris and bodies flew past into the growing hole. They disappeared into oblivion. He could see how tedious this power was. If she lost control, everyone would die... Even her. She knew that. "You'll kill us all..." "Good..." Amara screamed back, as the wind made it had to hear. "You know you will die too!" Diego said back, as Amara spread a buffer out to keep the wind down around them. It suddenly became eerie quiet, like the silence before a storm. He could see the chaos and destruction around them; exactly what Amara had wanted. But it was like putting mute on a violent movie. Just weird. "If I die, at least I know I didn't go alone..." she said. "I'll drag you with me..." she said. "Not if I can help it," Diego said, attacking once more. The barricade that Amara'd created broke, and all hell broke lose.

William jumped up to Adam, who was outside the battlefield, calling with the government of France. And it didn't look good. "No, really... Sir, this situation is getting out of hand, If you just..." William saw his boss' face getting more angry as the conversation continued. "You have no idea what you're dealing with, sir! ... No, these aren't normal ... Yes, sir... I understand sir... No, sir, but..." Adam closed the mobile, he looked up in the direction of William. William turned visible. "What was that about?" "That is the government not believing what's going on in their country and all over the world." Adam answered, not surprised to see William. "And that means that we have a problem."
Martin jumped down, he looked at the black hole, there had to be some way to close it. It wasn't easy for him to stay so close without almost being sucked in. He couldn't remember a power that was strong enough to close such a thing.
Diego gasped for breath as the Dark hole became bigger, he had made it possible to break through her barricade, but attacking her made her lose grip over the thing she had created. "Close it, Amara!" He said, using Niki's power, hoping it would work.
"William, where is Mila?" Adam asked, as he put away the mobile. "I need her to take down those trouble makers with her power, I brought over some great stuff to keep them down." William didn't reply, he felt guilty in one second. Now that Adam needed the girl he had left to her own fait. "Well?" "Uhm, I'll get her." William said, leaving Adam behind as he became invisible again.

Amara's eyes glazed over, but only for a second before she'd sucked in that power and defended herself. "Nice try..." she sneered. The hole had grown larger. Diego could see cars being pulled towards them. Debris, projectiles flew at them. The only way to keep from getting killed by the flying debris was to use the forcefeilds.
Mila attacked once Irial was out of sight. As soon as her guards were down, she made a run for it. Irial looked up, seeing Mila sprint past. "Get her!" she cried, as ten men broke off from the rest to go after her. Irial ran after her, cutting down people as she went. She was going to kill Mila if Amara didn't! Why was Mila so stupid?
Amara raised her arms, her eyes filled with hate and a dark light. "Let the sky burn!" she screamed, as the hole ripped apart with a gigantic tearing noise. Mila picked her sprint, going faster from the suction of the "black hole". She had found out that to kill Amara, she had to get her in the back of the head or something. With the wind she'd had to get up close... She had to do this for her family, no one else. Not for William, Diego, the Company or anyone... She had one chance; Amara was distracted by Diego...

William made his way through the crowd, which was getting smaller, the Company was winning. Then, he saw Mila, sprinting. And he saw where she was heading, Amara's creation. He wanted to scream at her, but he got an idea about what she was after, why did so many people knew the secret that Adam had tried to keep from the strongest ones, from Marco, Martin, Amara, Diego. He sprinted after her, if she wasn't able to finish it off, he always had to power of suprise.
"Amara! Stop it!" Diego yelled her, rage was getting his power pumping up. Any car that passed him into the Dark Hole turned to a ball of flame if it was only a few metres away from him. He was getting at such a point where even he couldn't control his power, just like Amara. Two uncontrolable powers against each other, they could tear this place apart. "Amara! You're not thinking clear! Please, stop it, Joyclyn!" He yelled out of breath. Martin walked closer, opening his hands and his mind to the same power that Diego used, Radioactivity blasted off his whole body. He wanted to stop Amara, kill her, kill Diego. Marco began to make his way towards the Black Hole, Nate and Chris refused to follow. As he ran, he met up with Irial, looking at her with a cruel smile. "Out for a kill, my dear?" He asked, speeding up. He wasn't going to let Irial spoil everything.
Adam called his man back as he saw the situation going out of hand, he called them back to the vans, hoping the majority would still be alive.

Amara threw her powers at Diego. She knew that the slightest thing would set him off. Her powers snapped with his. He stepped back, closer to the hole, using his own powers to defend himself and keep him anchored to the ground; but every attack pushed him closer to the abyss...
Launching herself at Diego she pinned him to the ground. He struggled under the weight of her mind, as she laughed at him. Diego closed his eyes. She knew how to kill him now. He would die...
Mila shot. Amara turned amazingly fast, stopping the bullet a foot away from her face. She grabbed it out of the air, and looked at it, her face contorted with hatred and malice. "You thought you of all people could stop me? I guess your sister wasn't strong enough to take you. I'll save you last after Diego..." Mila couldn't think. All her life she'd been the second person. All her life she'd suffered, and now more than ever. She didn't have a life. She wouldn't die without a fight. Grabbing a sword on the ground she rushed up to Amara, who grabbed her with inhuman strength around the neck. "Mila!" Diego said. He could barely help himself, let alone Mila... "Joyclyn no!" Mila gasped with pain. Clutching the sword, she thrust it into Amara's chest. Not fatal, but enough for her to loosen her grip. Mila struggled away. Amara, despite looking like her old self, had entirely changed. Amara formed a sword of her own in her hand and drove it into Mila's body, giving a final twist. Mila looked up, as William appeared behind Amara gun pointed at her head. She had distracted Amara long enough... Amara's eyes widened with shock, as the sound of a shot ran through the storm. Amara screamed. Diego felt his ears pop, as the world seemed to grow very dark, then blaring bright. Closing his eyes against the light, he felt things flying past him. Only Amara's powers had kept him from being swept away into the Black Hole. Things hit his body, cut him, beat him. He pushed his own powers out to protect him. Suddenly it was just quiet. Diego felt the force keeping him down vanish. Standing, he first noticed how...beautiful everything was. Well it wasn't' beautiful; there were countless bodies, broken buildings, fires... But the sky. It was so... vivid. He saw Irial running up to him... no to Mila, her eyes their normal icy blue. Mila! Turing to her, he saw her body lying there, a sword protruding from her chest. Besides her, lay Amara...
(I got a plan! ^_^)

(go ahead (: )
Martin lay some metres away from them, his head was shaking, his whole body was shaking. He stood to close to the dark hole when it closed in an instant, without Amara controlling it it went shut. And he received the biggest blow, or the only one. He was a bit dizzy, unable to move for a few seconds, his head wasn't able to concentrate, so there was no clear moment for him to start healing. An agent ran up to him, Adam. He put an needle into Martin's arm, and waited for him to get sleepy.
Marco ran around William and Diego, William tried to catch him, but Marco was faster. He fell down by Amara, looking at her with a razor smile. He wanted to make a little jump of happiness, that barricade had been gotten out of the way, now there was only one last thing to do. He looked over at Diego, who's hands were still burning.

Marco walked up to Diego, smiling like a cat. Diego looked back, still in a state of shock. Amara... she was dead! Right? Her body lay in a crumpled heap some feet away.
Irial knelt by her sister. She pulled the blade away. Damn her powers! Why couldn't be able to heal someone instead! No her powers only killed and tortured. They weren't meant for the light. "Mila..." she said, stroking her face. She pushed back her hair. "Mila..." she said, as Niki joined her. Mila felt pain as she breathed. Coughing, she tried to move, but pain smashed into her bones. "Irial?" she asked. Was it really her? Irial watched Mila cough up blood. At least she was alive! She had to get her sister away. Diego and Marco would fight, and it'd be too close...
Diego smiled back. "What, do you want me to blow up? For the prophecy to come true?" Diego mocked. Marco shrugged, never losing his smile. "Amara is dead..." he said, not trying to keep the happiness out of his voice. They turned to look at her. "Um. I don't think so..." Diego said, as he saw her move. "What!" Marco said, amazement in his voice. "But that had to..." he said, losing his smile. Forgetting the tension that they'd created, they slowly made their way over to Amara.

William knelt down next to Irial, invisible of course. Then he started running towards Adam, who was dealing with everything else, the cops, the deaths, the media, even the army came down to the plaza. The Company was the only thing that was left standing between the discovery of the more evolved people. He pulled Adam behind a van, turning visible where no one could see them. "We have to get medicals to Mila." He said, being a bit nervous. "I shot Irial, somewhere, but I'm not sure if I hit the right spot. We have to get the innocent out of there, I'm still afraid that Diego will blow up." "Innocents?" Adam said with a laugh, but William kept looking in terror. "Ah, okay, take Agent Terrance. He can keep someone alive while the two of you bring her to the hospital."
Marco knelt down next to Amara, she moved only a little. "Is this thing on the right place?" He asked himself as he moved Irial's head to the side, there was a whole in the back of her head. Diego stood ready to take on Amara if she would stand up, his hands were itchy, they were burning a bit. Luckily not as much as before, something had made him cool down a bit. He understood that he also had to kill Marco when he was done with Amara, first the Devil, then the little demons. "Hey, Amara. You still alive?" Marco asked, hoping she wouldn't be.

Amara didn't feel anything. It was this lack of sensory input that made her open her eyes. Diego jumped back, hands aflame. "Eh?" Amara said, her attempt to speak. Where was she? Who were all these people? She struggled to remember, but nothing came up. What was going on? Weakly, she turned to see Marco, sneering and Diego looking positively shocked. "What?" she finally asked.
Diego looked at her. Her thoughts were clear in his head. Her mind was open. He had heard everything. What had happened? Did she still have her powers? No? If she did, she wouldn't be bleeding still. He could see the dark red blood paint the ground. Looking he could still see the bullet lodged into the bone. But with this amount of blood loss, she should be dead. Her thougts kept rolling through his mind. This wasn't one of her acts. Diego had to ask though, what had happened?
Amara felt so tired. She couldn't recall a time when she'd felt so... weak. her eyes closed as she struggled to stay away. Where was her family? Why was she here? Who were these people? Thoughts ran through her head.
"Diego..." Marco said, warningly. Diego ignored him. If he removed the bullet, what would happen? He had a gun on his waist. Worst to worst, he'd finish the job if things didn't work out. Amara was defenseless and weak at this point. He reached down, and using one of this other powers, he took out the crumpled metal. As soon as he did, Amara screamed. Diego whipped out the gun, stepping back. He saw the hole re-close, the blood on the pavement disappearing. So his other theory would be correct? He listened to her thoughts. Only filled with pain. Then nothing. Was she dead? Or just unconscious? No, her heart beat. What should he do?
Irial watched as two men took Mila away. She gripped Niki's hand hard. Now the attend with the other issue. Diego and Marco stood by Amara. Irial walked up to them, her face frozen in a snarl. "If you're indecision, I'll help. Kill her." "I... can't," Diego said. "Fine, then give me the gun and I will..." Irial demanded, coldly. "She's... different. In her thoughts, she doesn't remember anything... Or much of it. I guess she still her has powers--" "That should be reason enough to kill her. No one person should have that much...." Irial said, looking pointedly at Diego. "Besides, who knows if she will remember." "I don't think so... Besides, look at her. She looks like.... Joyclyn. The real one. I can't really explain it..." Diego said, unsure. "I will have to talk to Adam about this." "Not if I can help it..." Irial said, unleashing her pent up anger, frustration and pain on Diego and Amara. She'd kill Amara if it was the last thing she did!

Marco looked with a little joy in his eyes how Diego screamed it out of pain, but he knew that that wasn't how this night should end. He walked up to Irial, from behind and pushed her to the ground. "You're not going to spoil this for me!" He said, pushing her face to the dirty ground with his elbow and holding her arm backwards, so he could break her shoulder if he liked. "Now, don't dare to pull that same trick on me, because I can insure you, I'll break your shoulder." Irial listened to him, but she was crying, and it almost surprised Marco. But he wasn't going to let her go, she still hurt Diego and Amara. Diego screamed, he felt the pain coming and vanish, but it still hurt. He wanted to help Joyclyn, her mind totally told him that this girl wasn't Amara anymore. He would save her, he knew he would. She had lost her memory, but she hadn't lost her power, he wouldn't let her find out anything about what she possessed. His hands were burning more intensely, it looked like Marco was right after all, with Irial cutting off his concentration he wouldn't be able to control it.

Irial struggled underneath Marco, her anger sheilding her from her physical pain. Irial threw her powers at Marco. He screamed, falling back, but not before he easily snapped the four bones in her shoulder. Irial snarled. She could barely feel the pain. The mental pain hurt more. She looked at Amara... Joyclyn? who had fallen back with a scream. Irial picked the bloody sword that had impaled Mila. It would sweet irony if she were to behead Amara with this...
Diego shook. "Irial! Stop!" he demanded. Irial paused, as she stood over Amara, who, weak and defenseless looked at her with frightened eyes. "I... I can't control it..." he said, feeling his power build up. Fear and reason flashed across Irial's face as she realized what Diego was talking about. She withdrew her powers. Unlike the people who walked around her, she couldn't heal herself or regenerate. And Niki... He wouldn't survive either....
Mila gasped, struggling to breathe. An air mask was over her face. Hands moved over her. Pain... Then darkness.

Diego sighed as Irial released him from her powers, he saw how Adam was telling everyone to leave. The burning hadn't stopped, it seemed to even have gotten worse. He knew he had to get Irial away too, he could heal, Marco could, and Joyclyn too, but she wouldn't be able to survive if he blew up. "Get out of here, Irial." He yelled, looking also at Niki. "Take Niki and go to Adam, he'll bring you to safety." "Ah, comun, Diego. Do you really want to save them? You never know if they're still under Amara's control." Marco said, ready to rase Diego's anger an other time, hoping he would blow eventually.
Martin kicked the agents in the stomach, the injection wasn't strong enough to get him the whole was to the Company. He transported himself back to the Plaza as soon as he gotten rid of the few agents in the van. It was just to easy. He saw what had happened, keeping out of sight. He saw Diego's hands, it looked dangerous, but not yet fully powerful. Just a few more minutes and it would blow, it was clear that he had no control over them. He saw Amara laying on the ground, a perfect situation for him to strike.
"Marco, shut up! I won't let your permissions come true!" Diego yelled. "Isn't that to late already, you tell them yourself that they have to run, afraid you're going to blow anyways?" "Shut up!" Diego yelled again, this time making use of Niki's power, a thing he shouldn't have done. It made his condition only worse.

Irial stood there, staring for a moment. "Diego... can't you get away? Fly! Transport.... something..." she said. "Blow up where there is no people. Over the ocean, desert..." she said, slowly backing away with Niki. "Niki. Go to Mila. Make sure she'd okay..."

Diego made an unsure face and he concentrated on mountains, hoping that his power would send him there. He couldn't much control the ability to fly, but he had Martin's ability to transport. Martin saw Diego vanish for a second before return back on the same spot, and that happened multiply times. Like something was holding him back, which was probably his power. "No, I'm sorry." Diego said, looking a bit green after what happened to him. "There is one way." He said, more a whisper. "Shoot me in the back of my head!" Marco looked shocked, he wasn't serious about that, was he? "It will shut down all my powers, make sure I won't blow up!"

Irial shook her head. "Irial. We know that it won't kill me. Because Joyclyn is alright. But her memory is gone..." Diego said, throwing Irial a gun. She looked at it as if she'd never seen a gun before. Of course she'd used this weapon to end so many lives... She loaded it and checked the trigger. "Okay..." she said, shakily...

(I'm proud of you. well, this roleplay looks a bit like the first season... ) Diego turned around, waiting on Irial to shoot. His whole body was lighten up now, if she wasn't fast, who knew what more could happen. Adam came running up to Irial, Diego and Marco, his face was full of sweat and he looked frightened. "Irial, stop! Don't pull the trigger!" He yelled, standing between Irial and Diego. "That.... thing will only make him snap... He'll explode no matter what." Adam saw that Irial understood, and he turned around to Diego, then opened his hands and began to absorb the flames that were rising now, together with the many blows that he left off. He knew that it wouldn't work, but at least it wouldn't make it any worse. The power struggled to get back, but it had been vanishing slowly. Adam didn't stop absorbing, he turned around to Irial. "Shoot him and get out of here." His plan was clearly to make Diego's power so much less that a bullet wouldn't snap him. (I say, lest make an end to this season, somewhere? )

(yea, end of season 1... I just finished the first season last night... I had started watching it sporadically a long time ago, but I got confused. So I've started over from the beginning with everything in order. It makes a whole lot more sense... lol) (but it doesn't have to follow exactly to the show... lol. So lets jazz some things up a bit. ^_^)
Amara sat up, confused, but she knew that she had to do something. She could feel her powers, yes, remembered, she did have powers, on the edges of her mind. Looking at Diego, she read his mind, knowing his fears. What if she transported him? She heard him say that he couldn't. Taking the image from his head, she walked up to him. "Joyclyn, get away!" Diego yelled at her, not sure what she was planning. "Quiet..." Amara snapped, grabbing Diego's hand. Her skin burned off, then reformed. It hurt like hell, but it was necessary. Ignoring the pain, she focused on the picture of the mountains that was in Diego's mind. She'd transport him there...
"What are you doing!" Irial screamed. Amara looked at her making the gun melt in her hands. "Something out of your control..." Amara responded before she and Diego disappeared.

(It has never followed the show exactly, because I was so kind to already put some Season 2 things in it. You'll see when you start following that one. )
Marco cursed when he saw Amara and Diego disappear, that just wasn't according to plan, what had changed everything? He ran back to Chris and Nate, they had to get out. Adam had seen them, and he wouldn't just let them get away, not since they had everything to do with it. "Nate, Chris! Get out, now!" He yelled at them and started to run even harder, luckily it seemed that Adam was to busy catching Martin. Martin was more of a thread than Marco was, with powers at least.
Diego looked at the snow under his body, it slowly burned away, until he lay on stone. He stared up at Joyclyn. The blows went harder, he knew he would survive, Joyclyn would. "Will you stay with me?" He asked. She smiled sadly, and nodded. He could read her mind, still so confused, but now aware of what she could do. Flames bursted up, the blows went more heavy and Diego's body was a bulb of light. The snow around them disappeared. Then it happened, what Diego had been through before, but much heavier. He blew up a whole mountain.

Amara used her powers to shield most of the explosion to the region. She could contain it. Still the power of the explosion was devastating. Amara felt the flash of pain that flew through her. Her screams melded with the cries of Diego and the groans of the mountain. Finally it was so silent. Amara could feel her body reforming. She looked over to see Diego somewhat conscious. She groaned, watching her hands return from the stumps that they were. She closed her eyes, getting to her knees. "Diego..." she said, grabbing him. He looked over at her. "You really did stay..." Diego said. "I said I would..." she said. "But... I... I can't remember anything. I get flashes, images. I was dead, wasn't I?" Amara said wistfully. Diego looked at her. The dark, cold, cruelty that had sharpened her eyes was gone. "Yes.. yes, you were." "I've died so many times..." Amara said, sitting back. She looked around at the barren landscape, for as wide as the eye could see. "I get the feeling that I was someone else. It's like a dream that I can just feel on the edges of memory, but it's too far to grasp..." she said, frowning. "Trust me. You don't want to remember..." Diego said, taking her hand. She smiled. It was sad and hopeful at the same time. "But I do," she said, staring intensely at the rock at her feet. Diego stiffened. She felt his muscles tense. "Well not entirely. I'm starting to remember, but it doesn't feel like my story. Can you understand?" she asked. "Yes...I guess," Diego said, relaxing. "I killed you," Amara said. "But I'm still here," Diego said with a short laugh. "You were dead, but you're still here... You saved everyone.... from me." Amara pressed her palm into the dirt, closing her eyes. Diego watched in amazement as she drew her hand away. A little sapling had started to grow, and grew before their eyes. Diego watched as bright green leaves grew from the ashen soil. Within a minute a large tree stood regally before them. She looked at him and the tree and stood up. "I saved everyone but the people I'd wanted to save..." she said, and disappeared.
